Warranty Claim Procedure

If you believe a product is defective under warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. If it is an electronic component that has been soldered or otherwise powered, send us photo documentation showing the wiring or connections to the claimed component. This helps us assess the issue more quickly and determine whether the fault is mechanical in nature.

  2. Fill out the warranty claim form (you can find the form at the bottom of this page).

  3. Pack the claimed item together with the completed form in suitable packaging.

  4. Send the package to our address:

  6. Once we receive your package, we have up to 30 days to review your claim and contact you with a resolution.


Returns & Withdrawal from Contract

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract, you can do so at your own expense within 14 days of:

  • the contract conclusion, or

  • the receipt of the goods, or

  • the receipt of the last part of a multiple‐item order.

Return the item in its original, undamaged packaging, along with the completed withdrawal form (you can find the form at the bottom of this page). Send the return to:

After we receive your returned goods, we will process your withdrawal within 14 days.


Important Notes

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • If the item was modified or used improperly, the warranty or return may be denied.

  • Keep proof of shipping and tracking until the claim or return is fully resolved.
