Warranty Claim Procedure<\/h3>\n

If you believe a product is defective under warranty, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    If it is an electronic component that has been soldered or otherwise powered, send us photo documentation showing the wiring or connections to the claimed component. This helps us assess the issue more quickly and determine whether the fault is mechanical in nature.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Fill out the warranty claim form<\/strong> (you can find the form at the bottom of this page).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Pack the claimed item together with the completed form in suitable packaging.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Send the package to our address:

    or drop it off at one of our authorized return points.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Returns & Withdrawal from Contract<\/h3>\n

    If you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract, you can do so at your own expense within 14 days<\/strong> of:<\/p>\n

      the receipt of the goods, or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
